Burn Fat - New Class for Mums with Muffins!

Hi, I'm starting up a new business - an exercise class designed exclusively for mums in Glasgow.

The aims are to burn fat and increase strength. The class will be run by a hunky personal trainer who specialises in pre and post natal fitness.

I could really do with some suggestions from you all about what you need from a class like this? What times are good? Do we need to find somewhere with a creche? Do you want to be able to bring the babes? How long is feasible? What approach would make you feel best?

Any views gratefully received! Thanks in advance.

I think I'd rather have a female personal trainer as I don't even let DH see my post-baby wobbly bits never mind some stranger!

I would prefer afternoon/evening sessions as eldest DC does all afternoon sessions in nursery, so I have couple of hours (pm) each day with just me and the baby.
So many groups/classes seem to take place in the mornings which are no use to me with a nearly 4 year old in tow.

DC2 in pram would be easy to bring along and I think a lot of postnatal classes accomodate prams/babies.

HTH.
