New Enfield Mums - Meet ups/Classes?

Hi all, i've just joined mumsnet and have a baby boy of 3.5 months

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good mother and baby groups or meet ups in Enfield with babies of a similar age?

I see there is a NCT coffee afternoon on Tuesday afternoons but don't really like the thought of walking into these groups for the first time not knowing anyone :-)
