good local builder in Hackney?

can anyone recommend a good local builder?
I need a bit of rendering, a lot of guttering replaced, some pointing, some floorboards looked at... some electrical sockets chased in... a bit of everything really.

any ideas?

I found a local guy who is great at decorating, roofing, general repairs; he came recommended by a friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. He's considerate, reliable and tidy, he works hard and I thought his rates were reasonable. If he says he can do it he will; if he can't he'll say so : Also child friendly:

can do other stuff as well. He did lots of stuff for me and I was very pleased
