Two mornings nanny?

Hi all,
We are just putting our little'un into nursery two mornings a week and will have to cut our fantastic nanny down from her current four days.
We'd like to help her secure two or more mornings with another family.
She's absolutely brilliant so don't want to lose her completely.
She is ofsted registered, a great role model and a super cook.

Hi Nicolet. I have booked my son to start nursery, but have also been considering a nanny. I don't really know what to expect with a nanny, could you give me an idea of how she works with you and your family and an idea of the financial side? Can I also ask why you are going to use both a nursery and nanny?....thanks...anna
