Party venue?

Am looking for somewhere to hire for DS's first b'day. Does anyone know of anywhere cheap and suitable for babies/toddlers/ self catering?? Am thinking back rooms of cafes/pubs/church hall etc. It will be on a saturday...

CUFOS is great - it is at the top of Dukes Ave in Muswell Hill near the entrance to Ally Pally park. You can hire the whole place - there is an outdoor area and a kitchen. it is clean and reasonably priced
and not as large as a church hall.

The church hall at St Georges bottom of Cranley Gardens is also good.

Weston Park Community Centre (I think). Lovely in there.

Muswell Hill Baptist church, great rates, big kitchen.
