Hi Everyone,
Am trying to find a really good solution to my childcare! Have a full-time job but am so lucky to be able to work in a very flexible way most of the time. So lots of working at home. But I also have to fit in with other colleagues and attend meetings so sometimes have a 'late' escape from the office. Am thinking of turning my office into a bedroom with the idea of finding a live-in Au Pair just for part-time.
Does anyone out there have some good ideas for me and/or suggestions about whether this is the right way to go!
