we are thinking about moving to Westone in Northampton but don't know the area, any inside knowledge would be great please.

Bit late to this lulu2 but Westone is nicely located - a mile away from Abington Park and half a mile away from Weston Favell shopping centre.

Houses generally tend to be big 1930s semis.

Booth Lane is quite busy as there are several schools and the college on it.

Not sure what other info you need but do shout if any specific questions

thanks floraseymour, we have had a second viewing on a house in westone. You are right about the houses being big and they all seem to have big gardens as well. It seems a very quiet location, am i right in saying that mainly older retired people live there?
