Can anyone recommend a Family lawyer? My husband of 22 yrs left in March (came as a bombshell to me and kids aged 18 and 13)moved in with girlfriend though he denied it at the time)and I now think the time has come (I realise he is not coming back now and does not love me) that I should get some legal advice as to what I should be doing!
I have no idea if I qualify for Legal aid but have spent all my savings on maintaining the household and kids the last 3 yrs so have nothing left so need someone who won't rip me off. 'Resolution' do not seem to have any local advisors.
