Hi ladies, I don't know about you but as a new mum if you can find an exercise class you can talk the little one along to, they seem to charge £££. We have the gorgeous Royal Victoria Country Park on our doorstep in Netley Abbey, Southampton so I've decided to start a FREE buggy walk on a Thursday afternoon starting at 2pm. This is a great way to meet other local mums and burn a few calories. Message me if you need more info or just meet us there at the road entrance on a Thursday afternoon :)
