rewaxing a barbour jacket in oxford

my husband has a (relatively) old barbour jacket and wants it rewaxed as a gift from me .... (whatever floats your boat)
can anyone recommend anywhere in oxford or oxfordshire which does this at a not too expensive price?

I'm not in Oxford, but do it yourself, I did DH's and its a doddle. Warm the wax, brush it on (any kind of brush will do) hairdryer to melt it in, leave overnight.
