Parks and playgrounds in Hereford?

me and my son (nearly 3yrs) are going to Hereford for a long weekend. My hubby has just accepted a job there!
Where are the best playgrounds, parks, are there any childfriendly hotels, restaurants, pubs? Playcentres?
Mums of Hereford, I need your help!

Hi - For a 3 year old you cannot beat play planet! not far from football ground on widemarsh street. There are some lovely places to do, we usually head the other side of the bridge, by swimming pool (not far from Asda)...lovely park there and it's next to the river, we like to walk to the other side of river as there's a duck pond, which my kids love!! :)
