Suggestions for Saturday Activities??

Hi All,

I'm looking for something to do with my 3rd old daughter on Saturdays. I work full time but would like more fun things to do with her on Saturdays. My husband works most Saturdays (he's a wedding photographer so is particularly busy at the moment) and normally needs to take our car so I'm stuck with public transport (from Teddington).

Any suggestions would be great as I want to start making more of our weekends together. She likes most things but especially art, dancing, typical girly things. It really frustrates me that theres some really great childrens clubs but they're all during the week. Surely I can't be the only working mum who wants to do fun stuff with her children on weekends?

Hi

You could try Greenacres cafe in Hampton Hill (get there on bus). It's lovely, never been on wkend though so don't know how busy it gets but they do crafts and sometimes have parties and activities at wkends.

Don't know if Artytots still runs on Sat you could try their website. Otherwise you could try swimming at Teddington pool. Also lots of good playgrounds to visit plus library is open at wkend they sometimes have kids activities on.

Hope you find something you both like

Little Gym in Hampton Hill is fantastic. Also I think there are some ballet classes on Saturday, usually you have to be 3.5 years to start.

There is whitton gym where they have baby gym first thing in the morning, which is good fun.

Krafty kids, a coffee shop in twickenham with a play area. So if you wanted the interaction with other children, and fun play or maybe painting. This is a fun place.
