Brits living in the US - what things from home would you like someone to bring you to tide you through your first pregnancy, many miles from home and family?

My best friend is currently living in the States and expecting her first baby in the summer. What treats would you like sent over from the UK to help pamper/ cheer you through those last months of pregnancy?

Marmite, Heat magazine and the like, "British" biscuits, Shepherds pie mix, Cadbury's chocolate, bread sauce mix - none of these are pregnancy related tho.
Something nice from MOthercare/JojoMaman?
I've been here 2 years and it's def. the crappy magazines and Marmite that I'd like right now.
