Anyone in Belgium know about vaccinations and what/when?

We moved in when dd was 2. She had her MMR in the UK beforehand, but has had nothing since - now nearly 5. I was told that the mutuelle would send a voucher when she was due a jab, and I'd just need to make an appointment.

I.m completely out of touch though and I worry a little that in the UK kids are getting boosters etc. I remember having tetanus/booster jabs etc before school.

Should I be taking her to a paedeatrician (sp?) regularly?

according to ds's book from Kind and Gezin:
polio
dipteria
tetanus
pertussis (whooping cough)
haemophilus influenzea B
hepatitis B

are all in one injection and they have them at 2months, 3 months, 4 months and 15 months.

They have a booster at 5-7 years for:
polio, diptheria , tetanus, and pertussis.

Hep B booster at 10-13 years

At age 14-16 years they have tetanus and diptheria.

MMR is at:
12 months and 10-13 years

Meningokokken type C at 12 months

pneumokokken 7 serotypes at 2 months, 3 months, 4 months and 15 months.

There is also a rota virus vaccine available.

The polio vaccine is the only vaccine that you have to have by law.

You can have the vaccine at Kind and Gezin (ONE in french) this is the health visitors office - where they also have a peadiatrican.

Or they can have the vaccines at your local GP or you can register with a paediatrician.

So you can ask your GP or find a peadiatrician.

Cor blimey! I better check exactly what she had in the UK as I really can't remember. And then make an appointment. Thanks for the advice! And that was a lot of big words for this time on a Sat am!
