and tell me how old Queen Liz is, in your country?

Because in the UK she's about 50 on the money, I'd say. On Canadian money she's 80. An Aussie friend was telling me she's 20 on their money! (Is that true?!?) So I'm wondering what the deal is in the other Commonwealth countries ... Please?

I'm in Australia... Ok I have had a rummage in my purse and found a 10c coin from 1988. The Queen looks about 50ish, has dangley ear rings and a large crown.

Another 10c coin from 2003 - she looks older (her current age I'd say), has slight jowls, softer features and less dangley ear rings. Her crown is smaller too.

Maybe your Aussie friend has some really old money??

A mixture of young and old on all coins.

i looked at ny coins - 2008 and 2007 - she looks older has the jowls.

It may be that the person has some old coins I would say.

She has jowls on the Canadian money, is deffo older on it than she is on the UK money. Her face has flattened (normal aging thing), too. So just Canada is different than the UK? No kiwis on here?

we got new coins in 2006 for everything under a dollar so in most them she is deffo 80ish (and looks VERY cross). in a $2 coin from 1991 she looks about 50

also bhave an Aus Commonwealth Games 50c coin in there from 1982, where she looks about 30 and rather glam. and Aus 5cs from 1987, 1993 & 1997 which have same pic as my NZ $2 coin
