anyone living in fremantle (perth)?

DH has just signed job contract, starting 26th january in fremantle for one year. plan is to rent within the area. have 3 girls aged 3, 2 and 4 months. would love to hear from anyone with local knowledge of the area. my main concern (today!!) is finding a preschool/kindergarten for my eldest. any advice on good/bad ones. have seen hazel orme community kindergarten on internet - any good?

I have a friend living there who has just started teaching in a Montessori school. I will see if I can find out details and get back to you.
