Moving home to the UK - where would you start?

I am moving home with my family at the end of October. I have only got a certain amount of space to pack into (about 15 cubic metres) so need to scale down our house.

Where would you start? What time scale would you give yourself?

Any top tips?

Sell or give away everything you can! Honestly, it's a total ball-ache to move anything you don't treasure.

I would start today, if I were you. It really takes much, much longer than you think it's going to.

Have spent the morning making phone calls arranging movers, car export/import, viewing new schools, viewing new house.

Have got rid off my fridge freezer, found a home for our rabbit, packed all my neutral baby things I want in the UK (I am currently 18 weeks pg with number 3). Sorted out a bookcase.

Not a bad start?
