Recommendations for relatively new condo developments to rent in central Singapore

Hello, we are looking for new build condo developments to rent in central Singapore, like Holland Park, river valley, queens town areas. Open to other similar areas; but keen for new build development condo living. Any advice / suggestions for relatively new builds? Thank you!

Propertyguru.sg is the place to to go - all our condos were found through it. If you want to be near expat areas then river valley and Holland Village are the best bet but you’ll pay more. novena and newton also popular with expat and a couple of stops from Orchard.
