Expat Job Packages in Abu Dhabi

Hi. What kind of relocation package (salary and benefits) can I expect from a government job in AD? This is for a specialist role in one of the Department of Industry. I know packages are not as good as they used to be, but wondering what is expected, especially for a government entity (one of the departments of industry). I have 10 years of experience in a specialist field.

I used to work in a government department. As an expat, I had a housing allowance linked to my grade but no education or flight allowances. I'm better off in the private sector. Many of my colleagues left as their kids reached school age because they could get education allowance elsewhere.
