We are in the process of purchasing a property in the in the Algarve; but have not completed yet as the developer is waiting for the habitation license; it is a new development so this is a requirement to sign the deeds. This is not a license for short term rentals just the license for a new building.
Any idea of how long this process take? The developer said we can go and stay at the property so we want to furnish it and complete later on? but not sure if this may cause some issues later on?
