Sending gift to France

I'm looking for recommendations for a company / website I can use to send a gift to a friend in France (I'm in the UK).

Amazon.fr would be the obvious one.

There is a site called cadeaux.com which is run my Interflora but I've never used them.

Don't use a UK based site. It's such a nightmare for the recipient and can cost us more than the value of the gift. As said above, buy via Amazon.fr.

Probably a bit late to the party but if you buy a gift in the UK with a value lower than the customs threshold and post it to France, as long as you fill out the customs form correctly there shouldn't be any issues for the recipient.

What sort of gift did you want to send?
