our visa has been okayed too, so once our police and medical checks have been rubber stamped we will be off too

I would love to emigrate to Oz

But we don't have skills that are on the list and dh is diabetic so I suspect we would find it very difficult

Oliveoil.. we're off in May I had to get my police and medical done before they granted the visa I guess different visa different routine

TigerFeet, somebody I know was diabetic and even though she was married to an Australian had a very hard time to obtain her visa. But in the end she did get it There is always a chance ;)

Was this for a permanent visa? How long did it take?
