Finding a kids Summer holiday activity camp in Paris - do they exist?

Does Paris have kids Summer holiday activity camps, similar to Camp Beaumont or Barracudas in London? I could only find kids clubs in the beach resorts and countryside.

I have a work trip to Paris coming up in July and thought I would bring the kids (4 and 6 years old) with me so that we could enjoy Paris in the evenings and at the weekend after my meetings finish. They speak some French and are quite sporty and sociable.
