kindersurprise · 21/10/2007 16:31

Finknottle,
I was in Würzburg recently, it is so lovely amongt the vineyards there. Hope you have better weather today than we do here in Rheinland (persistantly raining all day)

admylin · 22/10/2007 10:05

Berlin, freezing today but sunny. debinaustria, did the snow settle? I am dreading it when we get snow, hate it in the city, just goes to mush and then they spread salt and gravel all over the place and it ruins shoes and get's everywhere..I think I should be in a warmer country!

sunflowervalley · 22/10/2007 15:31

boolepew-WOW-My hubby was born in Newtownards before moving to varoius places in England and abroad.

Some of his relatives still live there and his parents moved back quite a few years ago by Strangford Lough.

I'm in Japan, on the coast about an hour southwest of Tokyo. Gorgeous autumn weather at the mo, blue skies and sun. The mornings are a bit nippy, but DS insists on going off to school in a t-shirt, even though I beg him to put his anorak on....Love this time of year - such a relief to have sunshine without the sweltering humidity of the summer.
Nice to see where everyone else is located
