Where to live in Luxembourg?

My dcs will be going to St George's from this September.

Can anyone advise me on good areas to live in Luxembourg they won't be too much of a nightmare school run?

I don't mind distance. It's just concerns about the traffic.

Also what are the usual rental requirements in Luxembourg? Is it three months rent in advance? Agents fees are a month's rent? Any clarification on the norm would be so helpful. Thank you.

But basically public transport is excellent and currently free for the U26s and free to everyone from 1/3/20.
