Anyone live in Spain who can help me?

I posted this in Chat but no one replied so I'm hoping someone on this board can help me . Long story short, someone who lives in Spain owes me money and I want to file an EU small claims court case. I know roughly what street he lives on but not what number, is there an equivalent to 192.com in Spain (I have tried Paginas Blancas but he does not appear to be listed).

There is a very well run FB group called Citizens Advice Bureau Spain. Ask your question there and they'll be able to help you. They also have an associated website citizensadvice.org. I'd try the FB page first though (you'll have to join) as others in a similar position will likely be able to help.
