saskatchewan..anyone there??

Hi, we are going out to Saskatoon in July for a recce visit before hopefully moving out later on. Has anyone been there, from there or even better, there now???

Hi, probably way too late to reply back to this post i started way back when but had a week in Saskatoon in July, absolutely loved it. Weather was 30 all week. Appreciate winter -30 but if you lived where i do now at top of scotland it cant be any more depressing. Housing areas looked really nice, big university, beautiful parks and walks around river. Eat out at couple resturaunts and would def recommend. Spoke to lots of locals in company that my husband will be working for. Really didnt get any negative feedback. Took 2.5hr drive north to Prince Albert National Park and cant wait to get back there. We are just applying for temp work visa now and hope to be out end of the year.
Hope you get this-DarrellRivers- let me know what you decide. I have some great pictures i could maybe show you somehow??

Sounds like you are looking forwards to the move.
Currently we have put the whole thing on hold for a bit as my parents are having a rough time currently and now is not the time to upsticks and move.

I'm still crossing my fingers that we'll go to Vancouver one day.
