Between jobs and so between medical insurance

My current contract and so medical insurance is till the end of June. My new contract and so medical insurance starts on the 1st August.
I will be in the UK and Kenya in July. I am a British citizen.
I assume I need medical insurance but any suggestions of who to buy it from?

Depending on where you need insurance for, Cigna ExPat is good. Unless you need to cover the USA, which would double the price of the insurance.
