Is there an NCT (or something like it) in Jersey?

Got a friend giving birth in September and wanted to recommend the NCT, but not sure if such a thing exists there? Does anyone know?

yes, there is an active nct group in jersey. i'm not a member but all their contact info etc is available at the hospital here
