We are moving to Sunshine Coast in May. Going to start out in rented accomodation. My hubby is going to study to become a bricklayer. In a year or so - if settle - we want to buy some land (should just have enough money to do this). We were trying to work out an approx value for building with him helping hopefully a 4 bedroom house with play room, loung, dining room, kitchen diner, games room and grassed back garden. Garage - anyone help us with approx figure?
