DH & I are updating our Will. To many changes and additions to go with a Codicill (SP?).
Anyone know, from a legal standpoint, if a UK Notary is 'ok' on a US Will Document? DH has access to Notaries at work.
Or would we be better to visit a US Embassy and have the Notarization done there (if possible)?
A small fee involved, anyone know what the amount is?
