Is there a BookPeople equivalent in Australia?

I know this probably seems like a random question but amongst all the stress of sorting out our move, I started thinking about the shops that I will miss!

I know that books are quite expensive in Australia so I'm hoping there might be an equivalent company to the BookPeople where I can buy childrens books as my 2 DDs can't get enough of them!

Thanks Eidsvold that's great to know. We will be joining the library as soon as we can once we have a permanent address.
