Cluster houses Singapore

We are moving to Singapore in a few months. DH will be working near One North MRT, dc going to Dulwich. We have had our hearts set on Hillcrest Villa but we've watched the rent go up since we looked round one in October. They are pretty much out of reach now , so having to start looking again. Any recommendations?

Should have said - budget around SGD$8,000. (Still not sure what the correct abbreviation for Singapore dollars is!)
