I am a British Citizen Male and currently living in Nigeria and Married here. my wife is 2months pregnant and would like to deliver in the United Kingdom.

Would like anyone to advise on how much this cost if there's any cost at all.
Thanks

yes, there will be a cost. The NHS is residence based so the fact that you are British is irrelevant, you don't live here.

she'll have to pay the health surcharge, which is a trivial £200. (assuming she has the right to enter the UK)

the rest of the costs are on this page, scroll down.
