hospital in bangkok

Does anyone live in Bangkok? We are on holiday and my DS isn't well. At the moment not serious but I'd like to be prepared just in case. Which is the best 'western' hospital? International sos or similar. Thanks.

All the western expats I know in BKK got to Bumrungrad.

Hope he's improving - just to add Bumrungrad has a fab reputation but there is also Samitivej which is also very good and popular with expats. We're slightly further out so use Thainakarin - have been very happy with it so far. Don't worry about the language barrier - English is very widely spoken and the hospitals all have international relations who can help you out.
