Getting a taxi in Belgium on a Sunday

We are getting a train from Brussels to Tienen on Sunday morning and then need a taxi for the final bit of the journey. Will there be taxis available or does Belgium 'shut down' on a Sunday?

Tienen is a pretty small place, I'd find a local company and order in advance.
