Your Foreigner Exemption: What Have You Done With It Lately?

As a foreigner living in the UK, I find I can get away with almost anything, and people will just assume that whatever horrible thing I did was perfectly acceptable in Canada, so it's ok. (I suspect non-white or non-English-speaking foreigners don't get this same exemption, somehow , but anyway ...)

My most recent use of my foreigner exemption: I was meant to be going to a general drinks meet, only everyone was late. I spotted a table of eight pregnant women sitting together, all about the same amount of bulginess. I guessed they were probably one of my antenatal classes (I organise them, but don't generally visit them). So I spoke to them a bit, on the grounds that it was Ok because I am Foreign and Don't Know Any Better.

Anyone else having fun with their Exemption?
