In UK but planning a party to celebrate your NYE with the children and some of their friends, it is 11am here when you go into 2013, so kicking of the party with your NYE, BBQ and party games in middle, then ending with Sydney fireworks which are usually broadcast on news channels here. Would be great if could start party litually with a bang.
