Cheap overseas phone calls from Singapore

Can anyone recommend a good company to use for cheap overseas phone calls from Singapore so I can keep my dh happy ;).

Get Skype installed at both ends and you can make free skype to Skype calls or very cheap calls back to the uk using your pc, or laptop or iPad.

I left uk for two years now, and so glad to have skype.

Thanks sugarbeach (what a cool name) we have Skype but sometimes connection is bad and it's hard to have a conversation. We use alot with the kids so can see grandparents and friends but sometimes I just want to use the old fashioned way. X

Hi KF..Yes, video Skype calls can be a bit patchy...but I've found the Skype voice calls to UK phones fine, provided I use the head phones with the microphone. Sorry, I don't know of any other cheap old fashioned way, I'm sure there are come out there.

Sorry sent before finshed. If friends install it too can chat for free as well & not limited to wifi & 3G.

Don't know if you have anything similar in Singapore, but here in Malaysia if you dial 132 from a Maxis phone before dialling the number it is really cheap.

Are you using Starhub 118? That's pretty cheap. Or you can go to 7/11 shops and get cheap calling cards to different countries.

I have been testing out the Skype phone calls too and have had clear conversations every time. I will be able to Skype call from my iPhone rather than just video call.

Have tried out the ChatTime thing a few times now and seems ok. Thanks for your help on this one.
