I'm not dutch but have just googled and double checked transalation and came up with
Ze heeft net tagged me in de meest Netelige positie komen foto

which translates to She just tagged me in the most Embarassing situation photo

I am dutch and I would translate it as

Ze heeft me net getagd in een foto met mij erop in een genante positie

hth

Which translates as She has tagged me in a photo with me on it in an embarrassing position

Or you could say

Ze heeft me net getagd in een genante foto

which is a more literal translation. I got distracted by kid's contribution...

Kid No, not really, apart from the odd use of 'netelige' in this context, the word order in your translation is all jumbled up. Shows exactly how dangerous it is to use an online translator ...

thats why I'd never fully rely on it and told OP where the translation came from. I'd love to be able to speak/read/write another language but its never going to happen.

Can't be as bad as someone I know who used google translator to 'help' them with course work. They somehow managed to translate their work in to the wrong language

the conclusion was:

Ze heeft me net in de meest genante foto getagd

Okay so tagged is getagd. I was wondering on that one...
