Clothes for working in a hot country

If you live in a hot country, what do you wear to work? Air con inside, tropics out. Smart.

Lots of dresses, but what about trousers and shoes?

I think M+S now dispatch internationally....or do what I did in SA which was to have a buddy back in the UK who would ship out the stuff I had bought and delivered to her UK address which worked out much cheaper!

I work in an office in Singapore and tend to wear smart trousers/skirt and short sleeved blouse/top with peep toe shoes and lots of dresses. It is freezing in our office so I have a suit jacket and a couple of pashminas at my desk! This is pretty standard attire for here and I don't have to spend a huge amount of time outside either going to or from work so don't get too hot and sweaty in what I'm wearing.
