Single parent moving to Brussels ....how to make it work?

Ive been asked to move to Brussels from near London with current company as ex pat - school fees paid etc. Im widowed 4 years ago with DD nearly 14 and DS nearly 11 so do lots of juggling to manage everything and have au pair living in to help and cover when need to do business travel, built in baby sitter, general help etc. works fairly well at moment. So now need to find suitable schools there and a new set up that will work for all of us. Looking at BSB school wise. DD doing well at school about to start GCSEs and ideally want minimal disruption for her, Ds could be more adventurous school wise but not sure would manage 2 different schools. What is BSB like? Any other options better? Is it easy to find help - live in au pair etc.? Are there camps/activities in school holidays to keep them occupied? My alternative also looking into is to have them weekly board here, me Eurostar home on friday and them to come over to Brussels in school holidays. Would appreciate any help/perspective on schools, childcare in Brussels so can assess if can really make this exciting opportunity work for all of us.

Hi there, I think I'll pm you rather than write everything here!

You're in great hands with natation as she has experience of various school systems and is a mine of information!
