currently the strain of having to trust DH with sourcing a home is likely to result in divorce and therefore me and kids staying in Blighty--arrgghhhh
so he's been to look at a bunch of place today and of course fails to ask any useful/sensible questions, so I have lots of photos of empty whitewashed rooms and prices to help make an informed decision--grrrrrr OK rant over..... moving on.....
prices seems to be quoted excl. utilities--so how much are utilities likely to be?
Also i'm assuming utilities means water, power and phone line? could it also include the maintenance as well? is there anything else it could be including? in which case is that a question he needs to be asking each time?
