I got some stirling advice here before about building a cellar (which I followed :) ) so I hope someone has experience of this!
I am starting a small online shop type business and am about to apply to be registered. I've had a look at some of the options - partnerships, GMbh, 'mini' GMbh etc and wondered if anyone here had used either the Gmbh or the 'mini' Gmbh or had successfully won start up money from the government (I don't desperately need this but it would be very useful to pay for professional website improvement).
Just anecdotal non-native experience or advice really... Horror stories and success stories equally sought.
