Travel insurance to travel for clinical trials

Dh son going to US for trials. He’s got a terminal diagnosis and we are trying to get insurance to cover for other than his illness. As soon as we say he’s travelling for treatment it’s a no. Is there anyone?

I've heard that Insurecancer are good. Best of luck with the clinical trials.
