Hi everyone. I feel a bit silly posting this due to my age, and everyone I know has told me I'm over-reacting. I'm 21 and had my beautiful daughter 5 months ago. For about two month now I've been having some odd symptoms. I've been bloated most days with pains around my pelvic area which seem to radiate were my ovaries are located. I also have pain during intercourse. I'm feeling sick most days and have terrible lower back pain to the point it hurts to lean over. I have already seen my gp and they say I may have IBS but I'm worried it's something else. My bowel movements have been normal and I seem to be getting worse. I have no family history of ovary or breast cancer. I have another gp appointment for next Tuesday and I'm scared they won't take me seriously. I'm not pregnant either. Could I request an examination? Thank you.
