My dh is now yellow, his urine is very dark and thick. He has no appetite. He is drinking but not enough. I think his body is giving up...
He's taking oramorph at night as he doesnt like the way it makes him feel in the day.
Has anyone else had a LO with these symptoms and if so would you mind sharing how long they lasted....
It feels like we only have weeks not months left.

www.palliative.org/newpc/_pdfs/tools/3C9%20Palliative%20Performance%20Scale%20version%202%20%28PPSv2%29.pdf talks about minimal intake (which sounds like your DH).

I hope this helps.

Ludoole - thinking of you all. Make sure you accept any offers of help. Marie curie nurses can be a godsend if you need respite to sleep during the night but your dh needs care - and they can support you as well. Like a pp said ask any questions you need answered now. Just enjoy being together quietly. Don't be afraid to ring medical services for advice and help. Take care of yourself as well.
