Hi all

I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Sociology at Queens University Belfast. Two years ago I graduated with a BA in Women's Studies. I am funded by the Department of Education and my study has been ethically approved, will be confidential and anonymous.

4 and a half years ago, when I was 21, I gave birth to my daughter. As a result of my experiences with the maternity services in Northern Ireland, I became interested in the stories other mothers tell about their pregnancy and birth experiences.

I am especially interested in women who have recently given birth in Northern Ireland , and were aged 20 to 25 years old.

So if you are interested, or would like to hear more about the study, please get in touch via Mumsnet, on 07716032891 or [email protected].

Thank you for reading this, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Jennifer
