hi
I have name changed and I am a 40 year old mum stuggling with my feelings of sexuality. I have 2 failed marriages, I am so low at the moment.
One of my friends is bi sexual and is married
my dd(15) commented on this the other day and said if she had a mum who was lesbian, she would disown me.

Shall I keep struggling with these feelings or should I come out in the open.

tia

My friend has just written a book about coming out. I've not read it yet (it isn't actually published till June I think) so don't know if it is appropriate for you but the website is www.ClosetsAreForClothes.co.uk. May be worth a look.

Sorry I can't give any other advice apart from be true to yourself!

please be true to yourself!

i hid away in the closet for so long scared to tell people but it was the best thing i ever did! (plus lots of people then confessed to me that they were bi too)

i think your daughter will be fine it would just take her a while to deal with it! she is at an age where things like that r a big deal but she loves you and will want you to be happy!
