Hi everyone
I am a working gay parent. I am currently studying for an MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, I am conducting a study for my dissertation and am looking for participants to take part in a one-to-one interview. Participants can be based in the US, UK or Canada.
The aim of the study is to better understand the experiences of working femme mothers, in a dual-career partnership, as they dealt with competing home and work demands during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This project has received ethical approval from the School of Business, Economics and Informatics at Birkbeck.
